What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

A unique style of breathwork using a deep, circular mouth-in, mouth-out pattern staying consciously engaged with each inhale and exhale. Sessions are facilitator led in music-guided rounds with breath retentions. These empowering sessions finish with a guided themed visualisation while people relax deeply.  

What are the benefits?

Modern life is busy and often overwhelming. Breathwork offers a chance to pause, reconnect with your body, and release tension, stored emotions, or stagnant energy, leaving you feeling physically and emotionally lighter. It can help you feel more resilient, with greater capacity, clarity, focus, and calm both at work and at home. Would you like some ‘ME’ time at lunchtime? Well, nestled in vibrant and ever evolving Bedminister you’ll find the beautiful Intra studios at the Willway Yard.  We are delighted to be holding a regular totally immersive weekly Conscious Connected Breathwork Session.

Don’t hit the gym this lunchtime! Come and work on your ‘Inner Self’ and alleviate some pent-up stress and tension.  Try out Conscious Connected Breathwork at the beautiful setting of Square Works, Berkeley Square in Clifton.  We are proud to be collaborating with Square Works to be able to provide this FREE to Members and anyone in the local area wanting to give this a whirl. 25th Feb at 12pm.

Truth is most of us don't take enough time for us.  Self care, is often seen as selfish although its quite the opposite, especially when it comes to effectively managing stress.  We all carry stresses from the day to day throws of life, home and work.  Conscious Connected Breathwork offers the perfect way to release some of that - all while laying down all warm and comfy.  No lycra, or flexibility needed, just you and your breath and an open mind. We will supply some incredible tunes and some empowering narration to get you in the zone to release some of those stresses and tensions.
