What is Inner You?
Introduction to the course
The Inner You 6-week course is an insightful, exploratory deep dive into your Inner Self. The course allows us to really connect with ourselves in a way in which is truly unique as it allows to unpack, peel back the layers and reconnect with your Inner Child.
Inner Child - as in the young version of you that is without prejudice or judgement, who is wide-eyed, open, creative and curious about the world, fun loving and happy.
The Inner You consists of 6 in-person Breathwork sessions based on different themes. There is some simple homework to complete after each session which is totally optional but is recommended to learn about oneself, grow and become truly immersed in the course.
A wonderful course with no wrong or right answers just a journey of self discovery.
How does it work?
Format of the weekly in-person sessions
- Sharing circle – openly discussing the exercise, for those who wish to share they are welcome to do so others may prefer not to openly share but this is a safe space to pause, slow down and reflect.
- Full Conscious Connected Breathwork session - themed around the weeks exercise.
- An exercise or homework to takeaway to complete in preparation for the following week’s session.
Course outline
Week 1 - Getting Intentional
The course starts with a full understanding of the power of Concious Connected Breathwork and a simple yet powerful exercise to set some intentions by creating your 'perfect scene'.
Exploring what this looks like for you can be a powerful way to refocus your thoughts, intentions and aspirations. When you vividly imagine a place or moment where you feel safe, confident, or at peace, your brain begins to respond as if it were real. This can reduce stress, boost motivation, and strengthen your belief in what’s possible. Visualization helps you connect with how you want to feel, making it easier to move toward that reality.
Week 2 - Self Compassion
Reconnecting with your self-compassion helps you treat yourself with kindness instead of criticism. In a busy world, it’s easy to focus on mistakes and be hard on yourself. When you respond with understanding rather than judgment, you reduce stress, build resilience, and support your own growth.
Week 3 - Meeting your Masks
Meeting your masks means noticing the different roles and defenses you use to protect yourself. These masks often develop to help you feel accepted or safe, but they can also distance you from your true feelings and needs. When you gently acknowledge them without judgment, observe how they interact with the external world and those around you - you create space for greater self-awareness, honesty, and authenticity.
Week 4 - Healthy Relationship Boundaries
Exploring and strengthening your relationships starts with understanding your own needs and communicating them honestly. Creating healthy boundaries helps you protect your energy, foster mutual respect, and show up authentically. By setting clear limits with kindness and consistency, you make space for deeper trust, stronger connections, and relationships that truly support your well-being.
Week 5 - Your Inner Child
Bringing your inner child home means embracing and nurturing that playful, curious part of yourself. By offering love and attention to your inner child, you reconnect with your natural curiosity, creativity, and joy. This connection allows you to explore life with wonder, express yourself freely, and invite more lightness and happiness into your everyday experience.
Week 6 - Championing your Inner Child
Championing your inner child means celebrating and honouring the growth and joy you’ve nurtured. In this final week, you recognise the courage, curiosity, and creativity your inner child has brought into your life, and you reward yourself for showing up with love and playfulness. It’s about closing the loop with gratitude, fully embracing the inner you that continues to guide and inspire you.
